Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person for our restaurant in Villa Rica, GA. This entry-level role focuses on guest service, food preparation and keeping the dining area clean and safe. You will work at a designated station, handle products per standards and participate in quick, friendly service.

The ideal candidate is at least 16, currently enrolled in high school or with a diploma, and able to work flexible shifts including opening or closing. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines to ensure SUPERSTAR service.
• Work assigned station(s), clean and stock areas.
• Prepare, package and deliver products per standards.
• Handle all food products according to company procedures, food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follow cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs.
• Demonstrate oral communication skills; communicate effectively with contacts.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
