Job summary

Ultipro in Greer, SC seeks a Crew Person to join our team to deliver a positive guest experience, prepare quality food, and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and teammates.

You will stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and work flexible hours including opening/closing shifts. Enrollment in high school and being at least 16 years old are typical requirements, with reliable transportation as a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service following guidelines to ensure Superstar service.
• Operate assigned station, clean and stock, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure hot, quality products are prepared, packaged and delivered per standards.
• Follow food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to protect guests and employees.
• Adhere to cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs and use supplies efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties and/or projects as business conditions require.
