Altar’d State is seeking a Talent Leader to drive guest-focused excellence in our Buford, GA store. You will recruit a diverse, high-performing team aligned with our mission and values, coaching staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, and training to ensure brand standards and operational goals are met while fostering a culture of growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-volume retail management experience.
• Proven ability to build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Guest-first mentality with energetic leadership.
• Ability to schedule 40+ hours weekly incl. holidays weekends.
• Strong store operations knowledge and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent aligned with our mission.
• Conduct professional interviews and standardized evaluations.
• Coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
