Job summary

Chevrolet of Thousand Oaks, part of Swickard Auto Group, is seeking a Service Advisor with 1+ year in a franchised dealership to join our high-volume service team in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will be the primary contact for guests and translate repair details into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership.
• Chevrolet, GM, or domestic brand experience is a strong plus.
• Track record of strong CSI and NPS performance.
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred.
• Clear, composed communicator able to manage high volume without compromising guest experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A hospitality mindset—you treat every guest interaction like it matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests through the service process.
• Translate repair information into clear, confident updates.
• Build precise estimates and set realistic timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflows moving.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations.
• Deliver a consistent pickup and delivery experience.
• Maintain records in the DMS and ensure compliance.
• Represent Swickard and Chevrolet of Thousand Oaks with hospitality.
