Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an auto service department.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures to offer precise guidance and information.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and assess customers' vehicle issues accurately.
• Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Selling: Talking with clients about needed services. Formulating and presenting estimates for need repairs and maintenance.
