Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and with genuine enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks with attention to presentation, quality, and timing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the meal.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns and involve management when necessary.
• Maintain menu knowledge to make recommendations and upsell effectively.
• Process payments accurately, including cash and credit handling.
• Assist teammates with resetting tables, running food, or refilling beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest and service areas.
• Complete all side work and closing duties per standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service laws and company policies.
