The Server is the face of Santa Fe Cattle Co—responsible for delivering exceptional food and service with personality and warmth. You’ll guide guests through the menu, take orders accurately, ensure timely delivery, and create memorable dining experiences that reflect our brand’s down-home hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests promptly and with genuine enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

• Maintain thorough menu and specials knowledge to make recommendations and upsell effectively.
• Process payments accurately, including handling cash and credit transactions.
• Assist teammates as needed—helping reset tables, run food, or refill beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest and service areas.
• Complete all assigned side work and closing duties per company standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service laws and company policies at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
