Job summary

Position Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. You’ll provide excellent guest service, maintain a clean and organized bar, and ensure that every drink and interaction reflects the Santa Fe Cattle Co. brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Greet guests, learn their names, and ensure a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
• Monitor bar stock and assist with restocking and inventory management.
• Communicate specials, promotions, and menu items to guests.
• Accept guest payments and process transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all local and state alcohol laws and company policies.
• Maintain side work and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
• Uphold high standards for quality, presentation, and speed of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
