Won’t Stop Operations is seeking a friendly, energetic Server to deliver exceptional front-of-house service and genuine hospitality. You will guide guests through a memorable dining experience, adjust service tone to the moment, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, strong communication, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes warmth, attentiveness, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in the primary language of the property location.
• Basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and prep procedures.
• Ability to apply common sense, define problems, collect data and notify management when necessary.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Steps of Service as outlined in training materials with consistency and excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areas.
• Read tables and adapt service style to guest expectations.
• Build authentic relationships with guests through attentive service.
• Maintain fluid communication with teammates, management, and BoH staff.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
