P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dine-in Food & Beverage Servers (waitstaff) in Asheville, NC. No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will guide guests through the menu, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a smooth dining experience while working in a fast-paced team. Flexible scheduling available and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Current Food Handler’s Card if applicable, or assistance to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations.
• Understands the menu and can engage guests on menu items and questions.
• Guides guests through dining, takes and serves orders, and processes payments.
• Knows restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food within the dining area.
