Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, learn their names, and create a welcoming experience from seating.

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the computer system for transmission to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages, and prepare or serve specialty drinks at tables as required.
• Verify guest ages for alcohol service and prepare itemized checks for payment.
