Qualifications

• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service, greeting customers with a smile and making every visit positive.
• Take customer orders at the Market Grille counter and answer the telephone promptly.
• Review daily orders and prepare and replenish product as necessary.
• Ensure food safety and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Operate the department register, handle payments, and make change where applicable.
• Maintain proper hygiene and adhere to Hy-Vee policies.
