Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 0–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods and ability to perform food service duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, learn their names, and create a welcoming experience from seating.
• Present menus, answer questions about items, and make recommendations.
• Take orders and input them into the system for kitchen transmission; serve food and beverages.
• Prepare drinks and chill wine as needed; ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Verify age for alcohol service and prepare itemized checks; collect payments and report tips.
• Keep service areas stocked and maintain cleanliness; work with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
