Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.

• Meets uniform and grooming standards and maintains them throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Possesses excellent guest service skills.
• Possesses basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Must be dependable and able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and seat them promptly.
• Take and deliver orders, and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Suggestively sell to help meet guest check averages.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner and respond to guest needs.
• Assist teammates and maintain cleanliness in dining room and service area.
