Qualifications

• Experience in server or FOH roles preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take orders accurately and relay them clearly to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Use upselling to recommend specials, combos, and popular menu items.
• Ask guiding questions to help guests make selections and provide menu recommendations.
• Invite guests to join Denny’s Rewards Program and explain benefits.
• Process payments efficiently (cash, card, digital).
• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members to ensure smooth service.
