Job summary

Denny's, Inc. is hiring a server to welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.

You will take orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen, deliver food and beverages promptly, and use upselling to recommend specials and popular menu items while guiding guests to make selections. You’ll invite guests to join the Denny’s Rewards Program, handle payments (cash, card, digital), and work with FOH and BOH teammates to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Server or FOH staff preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays.
