Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant to help provide a warm, guest-focused dining experience. You will welcome guests, manage seating and reservations, and assist the dining room team to ensure smooth service and memorable moments.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and stand for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
