Red Lobster in Yonkers, NY is hiring a Server Assistant to join our dining team. You will welcome guests, manage waitlists and seating, and support dining room service to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Candidates should be friendly, a strong team player, and able to multitask while maintaining high cleanliness standards. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely; ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
