Job summary

Puttshack in Dunwoody, GA is seeking friendly hospitality associates to deliver an elevated guest experience. The Server Assistant helps the service team by delivering food and beverages, and by cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables and golf courses.

Open 7 days a week, 11am–1am, with flexible schedules. This role offers base wages with tips and a flexible, variable schedule; prior hospitality experience is preferred and benefits may vary by location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Hospitality or food/beverage experience preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to obtain any licenses/certifications for the location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Greet guests warmly and with a sincere smile.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining room, bar, and golf areas.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room.
• Sanitize and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
