Job summary

THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team in delivering an unparalleled dining experience. You will help set tables, assist servers, and ensure guests are greeted and served efficiently.

This role requires a guest-first mindset, the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment, and basic English for guest interactions. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest and server needs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and lift 20 lbs.

• Basic English proficiency required for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
