Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC in Gulf Shores, AL is seeking a friendly restaurant team member to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services.

You will memorize menu items, assist in maintaining clean dining areas, restock and prep as needed, and respond to guest inquiries with timely, knowledgeable information while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months experience in a food/beverage service environment.
• Vision to see detailed guest checks and orders in dim light.
• Manual coordination to operate trays and service equipment.
• Ability to communicate hotel services to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleaned and set promptly for guests.
• Restock and clean all areas as instructed.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in dining, wait-station, and kitchen areas.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to stay informed.
• Respond to guest inquiries with timely, knowledgeable information.
