The Lodge at Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores, AL, is seeking a Server Assistant to provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service, keep dining areas clean, and support restaurant operations. Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleaned and set in a timely manner, maintain cleanliness of the dining area and bussing station.
• Restock and clean duties as instructed.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant and service areas to meet health requirements.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to enhance knowledge of products and service.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor.
