Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a guest-focused Food & Beverage Team Member in Gulf Shores, AL to provide prompt and courteous service at our restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, memorize menus, and maintain a clean dining area while delivering a high standard of hospitality.

Responsibilities include attending pre-meal meetings, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three - Six months experience in a food/beverage services environment.
• TIPs certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.
• Remain attentive to customers throughout the dining experience, adhering to service standards.
• Complete opening/closing side-work and restocking.
• Memorize menu items, recipes and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant, wait-station, and service areas.
• Handle payments and ensure accuracy of guest checks and payments.
