Job summary

Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our front-of-house team in a role focused on guest interactions and preparing orders. Reporting to the Store’s Restaurant Team Leader, you’ll support initiatives to reduce environmental footprint while delivering fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include topping salads and wraps, taking and processing orders, assisting with digital orders, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Able to read, write and clearly mark a JS order ticket.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately
• Assists with digital orders as needed
• Tops salads and wraps
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed
• Practices FIFO (First in First out)
• Cleans the line
• Sweeps floor during shift
• Completes assigned tasks
• Works as Name Taker if needed
• Cleans, re-stocks and breaks down topping line at the end of shift
• Follow food safety and quality standards
• Support programs to minimize Just Salad’s environmental footprint including food waste reduction, recycling, composting and more.
