Target Corp is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Westerville, OH to drive guest experience, mentor a team of consultants, and manage daily storefront operations. You will coordinate filling, pricing, merchandising, and backroom processes while supporting department and store sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, including interviewing, coaching and development.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet department and store goals.
• Maintain product availability through merchandising and backroom upkeep.
• Assist with training, onboarding and safety/compliance practices.
