Job summary

Great Wolf is seeking a Retail and Attractions Supervisor in Grand Mound, WA to lead daily operations for gift shops, arcade, and attractions and drive guest satisfaction. You will coach Pack Members, manage schedules, and ensure safety and service standards across the lodge.

In this role you will collaborate with department leaders to improve guest service and profitability, participate in recruitment, and monitor performance with real-time feedback and coaching.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1 year retail experience minimum.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution and team-building skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail and attractions operations to ensure safety and service standards.
• Coach and recognize Pack Members regularly.
• Collaborate with leadership on performance management.
• Respond to guest questions and escalate feedback.
• Oversee scheduling and labor forecasting.
• Lead daily standup meetings with team.
• Maintain stocked, safe retail outlets and attractions.
• Participate in recruitment for retail and attractions.
• Drive guest service improvements via NPS and eNPS.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs.
