Arbor Lodging is seeking a server to take orders, answer questions about the menu and food, and process payments while delivering a warm, professional dining experience. You will assist with menu knowledge, guest interactions, and maintaining a clean dining area, ensuring guests have a positive experience across all interactions at our hotel dining venue.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to lift and move items as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school education or related experience.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications.

Responsabilités

• Sell and serve food and beverages safely
• Process guests bills and payments
• Set up tables and ensure cleanliness of linen, silverware, and glassware
• Know the menu and explain ingredients and preparation methods
• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests and taking accurate orders
• Clean tables and remove soiled wares and trash
• Report tips in compliance with company policy and IRS regulations
• Prepare station prior to opening and keep it neat while serving
• Be knowledgeable on hotel facilities and services to assist guests
• Process checks and payments in line with policies and procedures
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
• Additional tasks as assigned
