HHM Hotels is hiring a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous service, take orders, and manage guest interactions in a fast-paced hotel dining environment. You will input orders into the POS system, prepare checks, and ensure tables are set and reset smoothly.

The role supports bar and bussing duties during rush periods and contributes to sustainability efforts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food and beverage experience, and knowledge of POS systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and input them in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items like ice, napkins, or straws.
• Send orders to prep and ensure food is prepared accordingly.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when applicable.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and help improve service.
• Follow HHM's EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
