Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver food and beverage to guests in a fast, polished service environment.

You will use a POS system, maintain cleanliness, and help with bar/bus duties during busy periods, while upholding EarthView sustainability practices.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior F&B experience, and a customer-first mindset with reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter in POS.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items like ice and napkins.
• Pickup orders from kitchen and ensure proper prep.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when applicable.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall service.
• Adhere to EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety standards; perform other duties as requested.
