The Purple Cow Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will work under the General Manager/Director of Operations to drive financial and operational excellence in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Meets restaurant financial objectives by achieving annual forecasts and budgets; analyzes variances; initiates corrective actions; monitors financial controls; develops and implements strategies to increase average guest count and per person average.
• Attracts guests by developing and implementing quality operations, executing local store marketing practices, participating in marketing strategies, and community relations programs.
• Controls purchases and inventory; manages costs; takes corrective actions.
• Maintains operations by ensuring policies and SOPs compliance; implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
• Maintains guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service; initiating improvements; building relationships with guests.
• Accomplishes HR objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, and reviewing staff; planning compensation actions.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with regulations; maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Accepts ownership for new requests; explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
