Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records.
• Check the lot regularly for safety and security and ensure proper parking according to policy.
• Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning tasks.
• Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Communicate with team via radios and stay connected to supervisor and clients.
• Arrive on time, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Attend training sessions and adapt scheduling as needed.
