MadTree Brewing Co. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a friendly Part-Time Host to welcome guests, seat them, and keep the dining area flowing smoothly. You’ll support servers, maintain a clean front-of-house, and help sustain a warm, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year host experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests at the front door and manage flow.
• Deliver warm, engaging guest service throughout each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across dining areas, patios, bars, bathrooms, walkways, and service stations.
• Support servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, food running, stocking, and table maintenance.
• Communicate clearly between FOH and BOH to keep food moving and service tight.
• Anticipate guest and team needs and step in wherever support is needed.
