Job summary

MadTree Brewing Co. in Blue Ash, OH is seeking friendly servers to create memorable dining experiences and deliver attentive service as part of our front-of-house team.

You will guide guests through the menu, share our sustainability mission, and embody MadTree values while representing our brand at Alcove Summit Park in Blue Ash. Must be 21+, with open availability and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist newly seated guests promptly.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while guiding menu choices.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
• Deliver food and beverages across service areas.
• Process payments and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Coordinate with other servers for balanced coverage.
• Support team during peak periods and service zones.
• Monitor guest needs across all tables in the service area.
• Maintain cleanliness through pre-bussing and spotless surfaces.
• Execute opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Support events and private functions as needed.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff about orders.
• Keep updated on daily features and menu changes.
• Follow food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Participate in training and knowledge programs.
• Contribute to other duties and service tasks as needed.
• Spend time volunteering (paid) for MadTree Impact initiatives with enthusiasm.
