Job summary

MadTree Brewing Co. Oakley Taproom in Cincinnati seeks a part-time Taproom Ambassador to deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences and help guide guests to their reserved tables. You will cross-train across roles, assist with events, and embody MadTree's community-focused hospitality across busy weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates are people-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling payments. This seasonal role reports to the FOH Manager and offers base pay with tips during events.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests; facilitating all guest requests and needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.
• Exceeding the expectations of your guests through the execution of our Service Sequence.
• Have a knowledge and understanding of table reservations in the taproom for each shift, assisting guests as they arrive to locate their table(s) quickly and efficiently.
• Processing payments, including cash, credit, and contactless payment methods accurately while following company rules on money handling.
• Execute the rotating merchandising displays from planograms provided by leadership.
• As business and volume changes, being ready to work alongside the PE Captain and PE Coordinator for event set up, execution and take down.
