Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a Food Server to welcome guests and take accurate orders, delivering them promptly with a focus on guest satisfaction. The role involves greeting guests, guiding them through menu items, and ensuring smooth service with attention to safety and alcohol service policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Familiarity with beer and spirits.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Safe alcohol service.
• Full service restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks and replenish stock as needed.
• Assist with room setup and cleanliness throughout shift.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
• Comply with health and safety procedures and liquor laws.
• Process payments and issue guest checks accurately.
• Maintain cash handling and banking procedures.
• Support opening/closing duties and incidental tasks as assigned.
