Qualifications

• Experience in cashier/FOH preferred.
• Must be able to handle cash and cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and answering calls.
• Take orders in person or over the phone; upsell and know menu items.
• Process cash, credit card and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol.
• Answer questions and make menu recommendations to guests.
• Ensure orders are read within company-most-rapid service times.
• Double-check wings before handing to customers.
• Balance the register at the end of the shift; prepare for next shift.
• Maintain a clean Front of House area; keep it stocked.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines; promote workplace safety.
• Present a professional appearance per Uniform Standards.
• Receive and route customer complaints to the manager if needed.
• Leave guests with a positive WingStop experience.
