Job summary

Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria in Dallas, TX is seeking a beverage server to greet guests, prepare drinks, and process orders at the bar and lounge. You will stock bar supplies, maintain cleanliness, and ensure accurate cash handling and room-service entry into the POS system.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and counting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and document drink orders, and prepare beverages.
• Stock bar, manage garnishes, and keep work area clean.
• Handle cash, balance cash at shift end, and operate the register.
• Answer bar phone, take room-service orders, and input into POS.
• Follow safety, health, and security procedures.
• Assist other beverage staff as needed.
