Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is seeking a bartender to join the Food & Beverage team on site. You will craft cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages and provide memorable guest service in a fast-paced hotel bar environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, bartending certification (preferred), and 1+ year of experience with knowledge of drinks, POS systems, and responsible alcohol service. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods is expected.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and local regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Greet and engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.
• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems; handle cash and tabs responsibly.
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Assist with bar opening and closing duties.
• Report any equipment or maintenance needs promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
