Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Excellent customer service mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for coffee and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Deliver guest service and build real connections through active listening.
Hand-craft beverages and prepare food to standard recipes.
Move between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
Take orders and manage cash drawer following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
Keep the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Bring energy and teamwork to guests and teammates, and show a learner's mindset.
