Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately following safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
