Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.

• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
• Hand crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling and safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou's standards.
• Anticipates Guest or teammate needs and acts proactively.
• Makes product recommendations grounded in knowledge, not a script.
