Denny’s Assistant Manager position involves supervising 15–20 crew members, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and upholding brand standards on assigned shifts. You will assist the Restaurant Manager and General Manager, contribute to staffing decisions, and help control costs while maintaining excellent guest service.

The role requires leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to Denny’s Guiding Principles.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shifts to ensure Denny’s Brand Standards for food and service are consistently achieved.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and General Manager in daily operations and staff development.
• Drive sales, guest count, and profit by engaging with the local community and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Participate in recruitment, coaching, and retention of hourly employees.
