Responsibilities

• Responsible for restaurant operations (labor, inventory variance) during assigned shifts.
• Provide production direction to Team Members.
• Set example by implementing shift plan for swift production.
• Delegate to encourage teamwork and ensure compliance with standards.
• Motivate Team Members to exceed Guest expectations with friendly service.
• Act on Guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Comply with government regulations, policies, food safety, and security.
• Report violations of safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Promote loss control and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling checklists.
• May perform duties from the Team Member job description.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
