Jiffy Lube International in Chicago, IL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the service center’s operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional guest experience daily.

You will coach teammates, manage budgets and staffing, oversee inventory and safety, and partner with the General Manager on strategic initiatives. The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a guest-first attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail industry
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls
• Oversee inventory, product orders and merchandising standards
• Ensure service center is clean, safe and presentable per standards
• Guide technicians and CSAs and resolve guest issues
• Open and close operations when GM is unavailable
• Maintain guest focus and deliver excellent guest experiences
