You will partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring safe, clean, and efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the management team to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and safety
• Conduct team huddles and store meetings to align on goals and performance.
• Mentor automotive technicians and guest service associates (CSAs).
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
