Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service in line with bank standards.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Balance cash drawer and related cash handling equipment daily.
• Identify and manage risk, including counterfeit currency and fraud indicators.
• Assist with account maintenance and explain bank products as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security policies.
