Job summary

First Bank of Wyoming is seeking a Teller I to be the front-line representative, delivering friendly service and processing transactions accurately. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries while upholding compliance and confidentiality.

The position requires availability 7:45 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service with a focus on security and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Zero to one year of similar or related experience is required.
• Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have availability between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service per standards.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries; resolve issues.
• Balance teller drawer and cash vault daily; monitor cash limits.
• Detect counterfeit currency and follow security protocols.
• Explain bank products and services to customers as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
