Chicken Salad Chick Gainesville is seeking a Team Member to work directly with guests and fellow team members to Spread Joy, Enrich Lives, and Serve Others. This role supports Service, Sandwich Line, and Production while completing training via Chicken Salad Chick University (CSCU).

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and take food/beverage orders; expedite orders and assist with dining room service.
• Operate POS system for taking all types of Guest orders and handle payments.
• Interact with Guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Restock drink station and expo area; maintain restroom cleanliness and dining areas.
• Maintain portion-control and ensure CSC standards for quality and appearance.
• Follow opening/closing prep and checklists; report problems to management.
• Adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and grooming.
• Prepare guest orders per CSC standards; ensure proper food handling and safety.
