Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is hiring a Team Member to work closely with guests and team members, supporting Service, Sandwich Line, and Production areas. You will complete CSCU training and uphold our 10 Non-Negotiables and culture throughout your shift.

You will greet guests, take orders, operate the POS, restock, and maintain a clean, safe dining area while ensuring product quality and brand standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication with guests and team members.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliability.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food/beverage orders; operate POS and handle payments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Restock stations and keep dining areas clean.
• Assist with line and production tasks as needed.
• Follow CSC standards for portion sizes, recipes, and quality.
• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
