Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Member to work with guests and fellow teammates across Service, Sandwich Line, and Production areas. You will complete CSCU training and uphold our 10 Non-Negotiables and culture during shifts.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating the POS, maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and adhering to safety and portion standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication with team members and guests.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliability.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food/beverage orders; assist with dining room service.
• Operate POS system for guest orders and payments (cash, card).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Restock drink station, expo area, and maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Assist team members and follow CSC standards for portions and recipes.
• Support opening/closing prep and checklists and daily duties.
• Report equipment or quality issues to management promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
